Yearly Renewable Plan

This plan covers phone and remote access support for:

  • CCS Software
  • CCS Supported Peripherals, their installation, configuration and replacement
  • Remote Login Support account
  • Software Upgrades for the Version that was originally installed

 Remote access and Phone Support:

If the site has available internet, we will connect the computer to the internet using Logmein account (remote access). A Hamachi account may be required to work with the SQL Server database if any database management is required. This plan covers all the CCS Lite and CCS Professional Features. We will support your Credit Card Processing System as well.

Additional Fees:

  • There is a $50.00 U.S. Dollar fee for each additional terminal (applicable after initial free 90 day service plan). If you have more than one terminal, you are required to add the amount of additional terminals service licenses HERE in your shopping cart.

What it does not include:

  • CCS Enterprise Software Support

Requirements:

  • Hardware must be purchased through CCS or Authorized Dealer
  • Max of 3 Authorized Agents / Managers for Office and Reporting Support. (We will support non authorized agents for POS Terminal Support, i.e. emergency phone support for cashiers or servers).

This contract is valid for 365 days from the effective date.

Service plans are non-refundable.
